For physical products
You may return your book(s) or unopened CDs/DVDs/software, in resalable condition and with the original receipt, within 30 days for a full refund.
Custom print products invoiced on or after November 1, 2021 cannot be returned.
You can request a refund in the “Order history” section of your account and will be sent an email with the next steps.
Products should be shipped prepaid via a traceable method such as UPS. Please affix the barcode that comes with the RMA to the outside of the package. Returns received without an RMA will be rejected. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for any return received without an RMA.
For electronic products
Electronic goods
eTexts, digital audio, digital videos or other digital goods cannot be returned for a refund. We do not offer a refund policy because it is impossible to return a digital product.
Foxs Books online subscription purchases
To request a refund for an online subscription please go to your order history and select Return next to your product.
Note: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Accelerated Pathways courses
100% refunds are available within 30 days of purchase. No refunds are available after 30 days.
